The inspiration for the menu is street food! Located in the historic Simmons Building, the staff love the sun so they blended Mediterranean influences with Canadian flavours. They know bread and they paired their sandwiches with different kinds of bread. The breakfast sandwiches are on brioche buns. The cold sandwiches are on our sourdough and for the lunch feature, they've created a pita, different than what you’re used to. These pitas are round, soft pockets that they fill to the rim with daily changing flavours. Always a meat option. Always a vegetarian option. They love to ferment, sprout and pickle.
